Ms. Chung has successfully represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, Employment Development Department and State Board of Equalization at the collections, audit and appeals levels and the United States Tax Court.
Ms. Chung worked with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel’s Office, developing a deep understanding of the administrative procedures and proceedings which govern the day-to-day functions of the IRS. After being admitted to the California Bar in 2005, Ms. Chung went on to earn a Master of Laws in Taxation (Taxation LL.M) from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2009 and has practiced exclusively in tax controversy matters, honing her extensive legal and advocacy skills representing individuals, partnerships and corporations.
